These terms govern initial review requests made through the Packed It Again website. Any purchase or consignment proceeds only under the written terms presented for that specific submission.
Initial reviews
A submission requests a free initial review only. Submitting photos or card details does not create a sale, consignment agreement, guaranteed valuation, shipping obligation, or commitment for either party.
Estimates and market information
Card identification, condition observations, comparable sales, and estimated values are good-faith opinions based on the information available at the time. Photos can conceal defects, markets change, and a future sale price is never guaranteed.
Offers and consignment proposals
A transaction begins only after you receive and accept the written terms shown in your secure tracker. Those terms will identify the amount or valuation basis and any applicable fees, deductions, shipping responsibility, condition confirmation, and payout timing.
Condition confirmation
Any offer based on photos may remain subject to confirming identity, authenticity, completeness, and condition after the physical cards are received. If the cards materially differ from the submission, Packed It Again may revise or withdraw the proposal before completing the transaction.
Shipping and handoff
Do not send cards until written instructions are provided. Packaging, tracking, insurance, risk of loss, returns, and related costs are governed by the terms accepted for the individual submission.
Consignment sales
For an accepted consignment, listing format, pricing authority, marketplace, expenses, fees, payout calculation, timing, and unsold-item handling will be stated in the applicable written agreement before cards are sent or listed.
Accurate information and lawful items
You confirm that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to sell or consign the submitted items. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or intentionally misrepresented items are not accepted.

Questions about a submission or these terms can be sent through the Packed It Again eBay shop. Include your reference number, but do not post a private tracking token publicly.
