Published payout rates are based on each card’s final sale price, excluding buyer-paid shipping and sales tax. Normal eBay selling fees and our standard 3% promotion are already accounted for, so they are not deducted again from your published payout.
Payouts are generally available within two to three business days after eBay releases the funds. An eBay hold, cancellation, return, dispute, or payment issue may extend that timing.
