The complete process
Turn uncertainty into clear options. You receive one point of contact, practical reasoning, and a next step you can understand.
Upload a few clear photos and basic details. Exact values and perfect organization are not required.
We identify the cards, consider condition, review relevant sales, and explain your options.
Review the offer or consignment terms, ask questions, and move forward only if the option feels right.
Use your reference number to follow the submission through review, your decision, and completion.
You stay in control
We’ll recommend an option, explain the reasoning, and leave the decision to you.
Clear rates. No surprise deductions.
Know the published payout before your card is listed. Rates apply to each individual card’s final sale price—not the combined value of a submission.
The buyer covers the delivery charge shown on eBay.
Normal eBay fees and our standard 3% promotion are built into the rate.
Generally available two to three business days after eBay releases the funds.
You review the exact terms before any card is listed.
Payouts are based on the final item sale price and exclude shipping and sales tax. Returns, cancellations, disputes, payment holds, grading, insurance, or approved premium services may affect timing or final proceeds.

The PIA standard
Personal attention and collector knowledge matter, but a dependable process matters just as much. That means clear intake records, honest condition notes, relevant sales data, and visible status updates.
Every submission receives a reference number and a clear starting record.
We look at the actual card in front of us, not just the name printed on it.
You see the recommendation, reasoning, and proposed terms before you decide.
Accepted cards remain connected to their record from receipt through sale or return.
Submission tracking
Every submission receives one reference number, so you can check the current stage and latest update in one place.

Before you submit
Review the essentials before you submit or send any cards.
No. Send clear photos and anything you already know. We’ll identify the cards, review relevant sales, and explain the reasoning in plain language.
No. Submitting starts a free initial review only. No sale or consignment begins until you review and accept the written terms.
The process is designed for sports cards, Pokémon, graded cards, individual cards, and mixed collections. An initial submission helps determine the best fit.
Published payout rates are based on each card’s final sale price, excluding buyer-paid shipping and sales tax. Normal eBay selling fees and our standard 3% promotion are already accounted for, so they are not deducted again from your published payout.
Payouts are generally available within two to three business days after eBay releases the funds. An eBay hold, cancellation, return, dispute, or payment issue may extend that timing.
Every submission receives a reference number. The status page shows the current stage, the latest update, and what happens next.

No pressure. Just a clear first step.
Share a few photos. We’ll review the cards and explain the available paths clearly.
